Not worth the money
I wanted to love this but it's not worth the money. My item was delayed and no one notified me. The zipper will not stay zipped. The bottom foam has begun to bulge. I order this item in nov as a Christmas gift for my daughter. . I wanted to love this but the zipper problems aren't fun. Customer service non existing.

We gave our kids this ball pit for Christmas 2020. We kept it in a room we use sporadically. It has a nice look and our kids did have fun when they used it. At a little past the year point we decided to machine wash all of the washable covers. I did a gentle cycle with cold water and then hung to dry. It was not easy to get the covers just right when putting them back on the foam. When I finally got the covers on the foam I went to reattach the sides to the bottom, as I was zipping the bottom it was pulling the zipper for the sides apart leaving the sides unable to be rezipped. I looked on the website and there are no covers to buy. I reached out to customer service a few weeks ago and have yet to hear back. It is also bulky to store.
