Love the jackets and the jeans!

Placed an order on 10/14/25. Order still showing as "preparing shipment". No response to email or chat. If nothing today, will be canceling order and taking up with my credit card company. I would not recommend using this company or site, seems like a fraud and I really hope that I'm mistaken.

Bag is defective, they are not getting back to me. I've emailed twice - the zipper is missing a pull and they aren't responding to me about it. Don't order from here

Terrible customer service. Item was too big and wanted to exchange. Cannot reach anyone by phone and my emails were ignored

Paired well with a crochet skirt that I got for a music festival, I love it and got lost of compliments on the outfit

Slow to ship the item after printing the label. Not sure if they would’ve ever shipped it if I didn’t send an email after two weeks of no movement. They also did not respond to my email at all, I just noticed the tracking actually updated hours after I sent it.
