So far, this new one is just okay. Had one previously that quit charging or you had to shake it to get to work sometimes. . I have another flashlight I think it’s a Kodiak . It never did work and still,have it. The products seem good but lack durability in the long run.

Received the wrong charger cable the first time then they sent another one and it was the exact same as the first wrong one they sent. Neither of the charger cables looked like the picture. The one on the picture is what I need.

I periodically purchase LitezAll products through Menards or directly from their website. Shipping has always been prompt. One time I asked them about a headlamp that had poor battery life (relative to what was advertised) and another time I received a product that had obviously been damaged before shipping. Both times, without hesitation, they were quick to remedy the complaint. LitezAll has some clever products. Don't expect more from the product than advertised and don't expect super high quality (though many of their products are surprisingly high quality) because they are trying to control manufacturing costs. That said, if the item fails prematurely or arrives broken, they will fix it. Buy with confidence.
