Customer service was great. BUT. . . quality, I have less expensive and lesser quality made flashlights. After a few years of owning the kub 1000 lum, the first issues was it stopped being able to charge under 6 months, customer service sent me a new one. Now the power button isnt working and this lightly and barely used and never dropped.

I have now received two defective lanterns in a row. Both worked briefly when they arrived, but within a month would not hold a charge or work at all unplugged. I had to pay for shipping twice. I will be in touch with customer service tomorrow.

Great product, works as advertised. Only problem was the first one I bought at a local store totally didn’t work, but warranty covered it. Only problem with the warranty is that you have to pay for the shipping on the new one

I bought a flashlight from O’Reilly Auto Parts, used it for a couple of months then it stop working. Thought it was the battery, bought another battery flashlight still not working.
