Excellent customer service!!! Sooooo easy!

I returned the original light 💡 to Big 5 because I didn’t know or realize I had to remove that tiny quarter size cardboard cutout protecting the battery. 🔋 I am very very happy with the replacement light u promptly sent me. Thank you 🙏🏽 and hopefully they can put the “remove” sticker on the packaging or instructions. Thank you 🙏🏽 so much.

GREAT

Well it's not a simple answer. I was horrified that I lost the charging wire. Hence, I purchased the replacement. It works Good but the original seemed to do better. Looked different. This one is OK, charges the miniature KODIAK flashlight and we are mostly part satisfied.

Love it , so handy

Fast service

Flashlight working very good

Happy with the flashlight I ordered, but would have preferred to get another litezall 3000. It was a better flashlight for my application.

I received my battery for my flashlight and it is good I contacted customer service and they replied to me when battery was available all good litezall thanks

I returned some batteries that weren't the correct size and customer service immediately sent the correct size to me. I'm very happy with the result.
