Happy with the flashlight I ordered, but would have preferred to get another litezall 3000. It was a better flashlight for my application.

I received my battery for my flashlight and it is good I contacted customer service and they replied to me when battery was available all good litezall thanks

I returned some batteries that weren't the correct size and customer service immediately sent the correct size to me. I'm very happy with the result.

Awesome shipping speed

Some of the items are nice but the fan is a total piece of garbage. A rip off. Has a USB A charger so clearly super old so should really have cost about 1/5 of what you charged. Not only that but it is super loud and dies very quickly.

Customer service was great. BUT. . . quality, I have less expensive and lesser quality made flashlights. After a few years of owning the kub 1000 lum, the first issues was it stopped being able to charge under 6 months, customer service sent me a new one. Now the power button isnt working and this lightly and barely used and never dropped.
