I was very disappointed in how LS shipped my hat (almost $50). I’ve purchased several hats from LS over the years and LS always had shipped in a box; however, this time it was in a collapsible bag and the crown and brim was bent assuming during shipping. I might be picky but I do not want to wear a bent/crooked hat.

This is my 7th pair and I still have all of them and use them all after 7 years!
