great quality, fit, materials

I think most buyers have noticed internet boutique brands have taken a hit with quality recently, where previously upscale brands have been acquired by larger retailers and started cost cutting measures almost immediately - not so with Line of Trade. I've ordered four jackets and sweaters from this brand and so far, every garment has been a well constructed piece with a tailored fit. And their customer service goes above and beyond to help their customers. 🤞they stay true to their excellent customer service and their high quality workmanship.

Very user friendly, easy to navigate

I had very specific questions about fit on two garments and didn't expect a response as quickly over the weekend as I got. The level of detail of fit was well explained. A world class example of customer service in today's digital age of retail.

Unfortunately customer service was very slow resulting in the item not being cancelled and me still having to pay and get delivered an then return it

Good quality, good fit. I like the waxed ranch jacket a lot. It is a good quality for the price. Thinking about trying the Melton CPO wool jacket next.

It's not great. The quality of the liner is poor, the collar doesn't really stay flat and the buttons don't seem to really line up with the holes. Also, no internal pockets is an oversight
