I purchased 2 x table runners and 1 x Table cloth for my 1. 9m x 2. 9m dining table with discounted rates. the items arrived in front of my doorstep within a week from the date of my online purchase. Item was neatly folded and well presented the moment i unboxed it. im truly loving the quality of the linen material it offered. the 2 x table runners that i bought is not long enough for my dining table thus 4star is given. However its not the end of the world. the design and the quality of the material gave the simple yet beautiful impression as a central element of my dining table. Perhaps linen house could produce longer version. I will definitely come back for more purchase

My husband and I popped into the Linen House Cowes store to purchase our daughters a robe each. I politely asked if one of the robes could be opened up so we could see the colour. It wasn’t in any packaging so it was a minor request. The shop assistant who was an older lady was not happy helping us advising the robes looks like the others that are on display in different colours. Needless to say my husband I left the store empty handed. Poor customer service, was not spoken to when we arrived and no smile. I understand people have bad days but it’s not a great look that’s for sure.

I bought the 100% linen doona cover in navy & just love it, it is the highlight of my bedroom! It’s super comfortable & nice for warmer days and also cozy for when it gets colder. Washing is easy & the colour is beautiful, matching really well with beige tones in my bedroom. Well invested money.
