Honestly, I'm kinda disappointed in the quality of the Luxury Lignum Honey Collection I purchased for my Jamaican boyfriend's 40th birthday. The outside of the box was very worn and beat up, like it was the last one that was kicking around for a while. The inside was worse, the insert that holds the jars and honey stick was ripped in a few spots and scotch taped together/in place. The honey looks to be crystallized at the top of the jars. The jars are not labelled, so not sure how we are supposed to tell them apart when they are not in the box. I was really looking forward to giving him a taste of his homeland, but I'll be repacking it myself and making my own labels for the jars in order to present this properly. For spending almost $60 on this, I was hoping for a little better quality. Really sorry to complain, but I think you need to check out better options for mailing these gift sets perhaps?

Delivery was as scheduled. Product leaked into the bubble wrap. Seal was not broken so I would conclude that the lid was the issue hence the 3 stars.

The owner did everything in his power to get my merchandise to me before Christmas, which was essential! My original shipment (of the gift sets), was delayed, and I didn’t know why, so I reached out. I gave the shipping process 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the reason for the delay was communicated to me before I had to ask, and I was starting to panic, that I wouldn’t get them in time for Christmas. However, once the reason for the delay was communicated to me, my products arrived within the new specified timeline. I also love that the delivery service they use provides real time alerts when the product arrives at the shipment centre, when it’s out for delivery and when it’s 5 minutes way! That was really helpful!
