Everything showed up on time and intact. The Orbit is a great buy. It delivers as promised great smoke sessions. Only thing is they need to figure out something different with the lanyard attachment it will start to get hot while smoking. Don't think it could burn you but there are dumb people that will figure out how. But still great buy love mine
