The suspension is very comfortable but this is my second replacement because they brake easily

This hard hat is ok. The adjustable part of the hard hat is to wide in the back. If this isn’t snug and is loose at all it will rub the backs of your ears. I have had multiple people try this hard hat on and they experienced the same thing I did. Poor design.
