I love that this product is all natural and I know what all the ingredients are. It doesn't make me feel any type of way and I have a sensitive stomach and it does not upset my stomach. I follow the recommended guidelines of staying within 1800 calories and exercising for 30 mins a day and I feel and look amazing! I noticed my clothes fitting better and just overall feeling healthier within a week. Highly recommend! Don't take this if you want results but aren't willing to make some changes.
