I have had the TX6
I have had the TX6 Walking Pad for a few months now and decided to write a review about my experience with it so far. Overall, as you can also see on my rating, I am very happy with the TX6, it works as expected and helps me reach my daily step-goals. While I recommend the TX6, I must also be honest and say, that the Walking Pad is not perfect, especially regarding the high price, and I want to give some more comments on that: When my TX6 arrived, it did not work, this was (seemingly) because cables came loose during shipping. Regarding this issue I got fast and great help from the lifespan customer service, so if you have similar issues with your product, I advise you send them a message. Through the instructions I got, I managed to open the Walking Pad and reconnect the cables, the TX6 worked after that. I normally use the TX6 for up to around 45 minutes at a time. Since using the walking pad, I have once gotten an overheat error. While this is not a problem, the walking pad stops immediately when it has this error, instead of gradually as when you stop it using the remote control. As such an error catches you off guard after a long time of continious walking, I almost tripped, but managed to catch myself. This might be improved upon in the future. I must say, that the LEDs and sounds of the walking pad don't work perfectly for me. I can often see, that some LEDs that shouldn't be on (for example when the TX6 is showing the time) are shining / flickering a little. Similar for the beeps/sounds the walking pad makes, which are sometimes distorted. This is not really a problem at all, and might be caused by the issue with the cables I described before, but it should be noted regarding the price of this product. My last point regards the overall feel when using the TX6. First of all, I am a very heavy guy, weighing around 140kg, at 181cm tall. While this is still without a problem inside the 180kg limit, I can see that I put quite the strain on the machine. What ...
