I had a minor issue with a lock. LidLox immediately sent me a new one for free with a personal touch. From my experience, they have excellent customer service.

Came in decent time and packed decently but my black lock came with scratches and chipping of the paint already rubbed off. So now I have a scratched item on my handle bars and will have to repaint it.

Fast delivery also to Germany. I saw it on YouTube and loved it. When my friends saw it, they wanted it too and I have already ordered it three times. It looks good and unobtrusive on my Harley.

My wife and I have used lidlox a on each of our bikes for 6 years. New bikes, bought two new lidlox. Customer services as been outstanding. I broke a key and they sent me knew ones with no issues.

We've been using lidlox since they were invented. We recently get new helmets that have ratchets. I was bummed thinking I couldn't use the lidlox anymore and then found out they still work. Just needed longer extenders. Woohoo!
