Well let us start by saying the item is great but customer support has not been helpful, we ordered 5 of these for me to use for work 4 of the 5 were not broken but 1 was and we have been unable to reach anyone at the phone number provided ( 310-634-8989 ) I will be giving the company till the end of the week to acknowledge that I have tried to contact them before contacting the USPS and my CC company about them not getting back to me.
