I was skeptical about it cause there’s so many things out there but this came with great reviews. The first day I really didn’t feel a whole lot of difference but the second day I did! Been taking it regularly for just a week and it’s made a difference! Believe me, I wouldn’t be doing this review if it didn’t. Try it! I also cut out caffeine and am working on sugar. I will be buying this regularly.

So far I like the bottles of fast acting liquid that helps right away. As for the capsules, I am not sure if I am a good candidate, I have low blood pressure and often feel dizzy already and after I ordered the product I saw something that said they aren't good for people with low blood pressure. they made me feel tired, so I am trying them at night, but so far I feel a little spacey on the capsules and that is a challenge for giving them a good go. I know it says that it takes some time to adjust but I don't really have a lot of days that I can afford to feel tired and dizzy. So, for me with my special case of low blood pressure it's hard to review. I like the bottles. For other people I think they could work great at feeling calmer. Will keep trying a low dose and see how I feel. Thanks

After years of trying different supplements, I have found one that works for me. I feel significantly less anxious and find that I am more stress resilient. Everything is so expensive these days, but Levium is worth the investment.

Levium is a natural effective product with no side effects that I have experienced so far. Seems to be working for me. The taste is okay but a little strong. Cherry flavored. I like the way I feel and somewhat wonder if it is imagined. I haven't noticed any changes in my sleeping as others have mentioned. I haven't really used it every day, but mostly every day. I will write another review after a while.
