Excellent!!

I ordered personalized bags for my soon-to-be-born baby girl, and what I received was completely different from what I expected. On the website, the “Designer’s Choice” option clearly shows a light beige/cream thread color, which is why I chose it — it matched the delicate look I wanted. However, the bags arrived embroidered in a dark brown color, which looks nothing like what was displayed and doesn’t feel suitable for a newborn. When I reached out to customer service, they explained that the color shown online was only a placeholder and that “Designer’s Choice” means they pick whatever color they think fits best. This is very misleading, especially since the image gives the impression that beige is the actual color you’re selecting. I tried to clarify and asked if there was any way to fix or restitch the bags, but after my last message, I never received any reply. It’s really disappointing — these bags were expensive, and I was so excited to receive them. The lack of follow-up and the unclear website instructions made this a very frustrating experience. I truly hope they update their site to better explain what “Designer’s Choice” means and improve their customer support follow-through.
