had an order with multiple items and paid for rushed shipping and they on rushed one shirt and this one took a couple of weeks. The coast of the shipping was substantial so feel a little cheated.

The hoody is nice looking. It is thinner than I expected for the price. I ordered a small and although I am a petite woman, it is almost too tight. Just read that there is a $25 fee to exchange. Not at all happy about that.

This order arrived promptly and an issue with the price discount was resolved quickly. Way better experience than with the hoodie I ordered in November 2023 that took forever to arrive (you were transitioning to a new fulfillment center I believe). I ordered that hoodie XL (current one is XXL) and wisht I could have returned/exchanged it for the proper size. Oh well, live and learn
