⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed with Legion’s Customer Service I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue with a protein powder order from Legion, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. What should have been a simple order turned into weeks of delays, inconsistent communication, and repeated follow-ups on my end just to get basic information. The biggest issue is that I still have not received the flavor I originally ordered. Instead of resolving the problem quickly, I’ve been given replacement options and explanations that don’t change the fact that Legion failed to fulfill the order correctly in the first place. While I understand that shipping overseas can take longer, the amount of time this has taken is unreasonable, especially considering the lack of proactive updates. What’s most disappointing is the inconsistency in customer service. Every interaction feels like starting over from scratch. I’ve had to repeatedly ask for updates, tracking information, and clarification about what is actually happening with my order. A company that markets itself as a premium fitness brand should provide a much higher level of support and accountability. At this point, the frustration is no longer just about the protein powder—it’s about the overall customer experience. I expected reliability, transparency, and timely resolution of an obvious fulfillment error, but that has not been my experience. I hope Legion improves its order management and customer support process, because based on this experience, I would hesitate to order from them again.
