Great recurve case!

The Legend XT320 hip quiver is a versatile and durable economic quiver. I think any archer would be very delighted to have purchased this quiver.

I think Legend Outdoor needs better customer service. Would be nice if someone would pick up the phone when I call or return calls when messages are left. It's very frustrating.

The quality of the zipper system seams to be pretty poor. We will see how it holds up. I use my bow weekly.

The case seems really nice and it fits exactly how I wanted it to. I wish there had been an option for all black. It would have been nice to be given the option of who the shipper was. The website said USPS or UPS, but UPS shipping to Canada charges a ridiculous brokerage fee which was more than the actual duty and taxes themselves. USPS doesn't do that.

Great product, mediocre customer service.

I hate the mandatory “talk about the shipping” bit. Surely my order was treated to the full museum of antiquities treatment, only handled by master archers wearing white cotton gloves and working in a dust-free clean room. The staples used to close the packaging were nothing short of the finest Aboriginal zinc-coated steel, with the zinc ethically sourced from the Australian outback using mining and smelting techniques dating back 1,500 years. The belt clip, unlike the more common (read: cheap) ones found on lesser products, has a load-bearing capacity of more than 700 pounds while the actual puller itself was meticulously hand-crafted by master rubber craftsmen using ecologically- unfriendly, recycled rubber products, thereby preventing this “forever” compound from filling our landfills and choking our natural habitats. Lastly, the shipping. Flight from the warehouse was handled by multiple teams of trained European AND African swallows using an intricate “cat’s cradle” mesh netting system, delivering the arrow puller to one of only three sacred Native American delivery hubs. Following a specific, three-day Native American ritual involving the use of ayahuasca to carry the spirit of joy and healing to the user. Following this sacred ritual, it was handed over to Mel, a slovenly UPS driver with a startlingly bad addiction to Taco Bell bean burritos, a delivery track record reminiscent of the 1972-73 Philadelphia 76ers and a record of traffic violations and customer complaints filling three banker boxes.

I'm hoping for a quick exchange!

We’ve been satisfied Legend customers in the past, which makes this review even more disappointing. After this experience, we will never purchase from Legend again and future customers should be extremely cautious. We contacted Legend before buying to confirm the correct size for a bow case. We provided every measurement and detail, and their staff recommended a specific size. When it arrived, it was far too snug to be useful, a sizing problem caused by their own advice. The hassle free return process was absolutely not hassle free. Trying to return the unused case within their 30 day policy turned into a nightmare. We were forced to deal with an AI bot before reaching a real person. There was no phone support, email only. We had to pay return shipping. They planned to deduct a restocking fee and take an additional 10 percent because the original shipping was free. Even so, we followed every instruction to the letter. We packaged the return exactly as directed, mailed it, and sent Legend the USPS tracking number. USPS confirmed delivery, but Legend still refuses to acknowledge it. USPS shows the return as delivered on September 4 to the exact warehouse address Legend provided. That should have been the end of it. Instead, Legend insists they have no record of receiving it, that their warehouse never loses anything, and that they will not issue a refund without a signature or internal delivery confirmation, requirements that were never mentioned in their instructions. Weeks of emails later, they continue to deny the return, blaming their third party warehouse or USPS, but taking no responsibility and offering no solution. The result is that we are now out the full cost of the case, out the money spent returning it, and left with zero resolution, zero accountability, and zero refund. After years as satisfied customers, this final experience shattered our trust entirely. The bottom line is that Legend’s products might be good, but if anything goes wrong or ...

The ordering and shipping process was so easy. And it came way faster than I was anticipating! Ordering direct versus through Amazon was the way to go.

Fit a dozen arrows perfectly, it fit in my legend case perfectly also. Would recommend for anyone looking to store or carry arrows.
