I found your site to be through, easy to navigate and the description of the products helpful. The water jugs we purchased are adequate for our needs and delightfully, just as you had presented them to be.

We had a small problem with a $200 item. Being auch a low cost item I thought that I would just be ignored. Not at all. They bent over backwards for me even with a follow up. I’m a “mini prepper” but I’ll certainly be buying all of my items here. Thank you very, very much.
