I have now purchased 4 suits from LOF and am in love with all four. I had a small pilling issue with one suit and the customer service was fantastic. They heard my complaint and replaced my suit ASAP. The suits fit beautifully and make me feel confident. I live at the lake in the summer so wear one every day and am always reaching for my LOF instead of any other suit.

I bought my first LOF swimsuit when I saw the Canadian Volleyball team wear it during the summer Olympics. I was tired of adjusting the top, especially the bottom so I figured if it can hold movement from playing volleyball, then it can certainly hold regular swim days. It hit everything I was looking for: fit, fabric, function, look. Fast forward to today, I own 8 of their swimsuits in total & its my go to.

I bought the Sports & Rec Shorts in the Agave colour. The fabric is nice and they're holding up well to washing so far. My only complaint is that if I put anything heavier in the pockets like a phone or keys, the pocket hangs down below the hem of the shorts. Not the look I'm going for! I would have bought these shorts in more colours if not for this issue.

Honestly LOF customer service is what always brings me back. The quality of their items is WELL above competitors like Lulu and Alo, and anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been resolved and dealt with (by a human, not a bot, what a concept) within a few hours. I don’t even want to admit how many of their items I’ve purchased… it’s a lot… but I am a happy and repeat customer because of how awesome this brand is! Run don’t walk everything is amazing.

First purchase. Tried a one piece, the Weekender. Great cut, but unfortunately after measuring myself and looking at a zillion photos that other users submitted of themselves, it is too small and not returnable :( The Hot Pink color is more like bubblegum, rather than the neon it looks like on two of my screens. I am sad :( Not sure what to do with it!

I had purchased a swimsuit well in advance of a trip I will be taking (leaving this weekend) and when it came time to pack (long after purchase and still with the tags on) I noticed a small tear in the top. I immediately panicked because I had been dreaming about this suit on vacation for a long time and messaged customer service. They were incredibly quick to respond and were so friendly and helpful. Im not sure if the replacement will arrive in time but they did everything in their power to try and that’s more than anyone could ask for. I’m literally blown away. I will definitely be purchasing more suits from this brand for the summer!!

No return on bikini tops as counted as swimwear & this is soooo tiny definitely not for big busts 😭

Not good quality or workmanship. Surpring as I have 3 swimsuits and love them. The sweats feel rough, the seams on the cuffs are crooked, and overall very disappointing. The size is very oversized and sloppy. And buyer beware. They don’t accept any returns or exchanges or credits. Ridiculous policy when you don’t have an option to try on. Too many other great sweat brands to buy… don’t buy these.

I just had a baby and have had some difficulty buying new clothes that fit and make me feel good. The team was excellent at answering my questions, handling my return/exchange and helping me receive the items before my vacation started! Run away. You if you have a small problem, they don’t even have someone to call and resolve the issue! I think their material is quality but for the price you pay and the service they give I would say as far away as possible. Stores need to be more like Nordstrom. They hear you, help you, and care.

I am super happy with the quality of this suit! I ordered the hi hi bottom and double scoop top. The order arrived earlier than it was scheduled to arrive which is great. This is a well made suit no doubt. I am a competitive swimmer and have been for most of my life. I wear a plethora of training suits and a few racing suits. I like my suit to FIT. I don't want any fear that it's going to slip or move around. My LOF suit is as good quality as my training and racing suits and it fits like a glove. That brings me to the sizing chart. I found the posted sizing chart to be very accurate. I often sew my own clothes and I know how to measure myself. It drives me crazy when a company has a posted sizing chart, but when the garment arrives, it doesn't fit. LOF fit exactly as the sizing chart recommended. I find the cut and the colour of the suit very vibrant and flattering. I can't wait to wear it in the Mediterranean sea on my upcoming vacation! The price point is a little high... I get that. But when I consider what suits can cost for competitive swimming, it's not that bad. I don't mind paying for quality. This is the first time ever I have ordered a swim suit online (that isn't the same training suit I order every year) and it actually fit me perfectly.

I am a big fan of my LOF suits and splurged on a Field Day Sweatshirt after coveting it for months. I LOVE this sweatshirt and was pretty bummed to see the fabric fraying at the cuff, so I reached out to see what could be done. I was happily surprised to have a prompt, friendly and very effective response from Lana, who patiently took me through a few options and solved my issue. Lana was proactive, kind and really solidified my loyalty to this brand. The products are great and the people are too! Thank you Lana!

I never write reviews, but felt inclined to do so. I am scheduled to go on vacation soon so I ordered a bunch of LOF swimsuits and apparel. I then realized that I forgot to look at the shipping options to see if it would arrive in time. So I emailed their SOS team and asked them to check on this for me. They got back to me in less than 24 hours, upgraded my shipping as a courtesy, and my package arrived well in advance of my trip. I not only love every item that I ordered - this product fits perfectly and is of the highest quality - but the fact that they went above and beyond with their service to make my life easy, brought me such happiness and joy that I reached back out to the customer service rep to thank her, and told her I would like to write a review in return for their generosity. Quality customer service is just as important as quality product. You can feel confident you will be well taken care of when you choose LOF.

I adore the colour, style and feel of my hi tide bottoms in palm and Sunday top in 24 karat, but I am sad to say the colour is already fading on both and I only got them 5 months ago. I swim almost daily in a salt water pool so it seems these suits are meant to be worn on the beach posing for photos instead of in the water. Touting that they are ex lululemon people had me hoping the suits would survive at least a year. My cheap (and admittedly less flattering) aerie suit has held up substantially better. Very disappointing
