Placed my first order today for an engraved locket. I liked the user interface for choosing the photos and the engraving. I wish it allowed us to use other languages too for the engraving. Japanese would be nice. I am looking forward to receiving my order in a few days, and I will update this review with my experience.

I recently purchased a ring with very special meaning. During the process I had to reach out to customer service. They were prompt and excellent to deal with. I will be shopping here again.

My boyfriend gifted me the dainty folded heart ring with the accent diamond for Christmas and I am so disappointed. First of all, the diamond fell out of the ring the day after I got it. All I did was adjust the ring so that the heart was in the center again. I also realized that it turned my finger a green/gray color after one day of wearing it. This ring is extremely poor quality. My boyfriend should get a full refund I will send it pictures of my finger being green and the missing diamond as well. I will never recommend this product to anyone or buy from this brand ever again. This ring was almost $200 and the fact that this happened is extremely unprofessional and cheap.

My earrings came really quickly. It was quaintly wrapped. It was easy to order and easy to check out. I enjoyed the discount. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the butterfly backing they came with fit too loosely and I didn’t feel that they would stay on. I changed the backings to plastic ones.

Haven't received my rings yet so I will hopefully update this. But the ordering process took forever and didn't reflect my cart correctly 3x. Then wasn't able to add something that was listed on the sight. Talking to a third party didn't help.. Look forward to receiving the rings!

My experience with ordering from Lee Fiori & navigating their website was excellent. I was somewhat disappointed with the bar bracelet I purchased. Probably my fault as I didn’t check the actual measurements. The bar & sapphire stone are so tiny you can’t even read the name I had engraved on it. 😞

The necklace I ordered is beautiful. Delivery was prompt and I am very satisfied with the service.
