was helped out by rep on the phone, there was a discrepancy with the new remote and receiver I ordered (the new updated black version) he gladly send me the old receiver, still haven't installed it yet but hopefully it will operate instead of not turning off when I tried to, since I installed the hot wire on +B post instead of installing it to my fuse box, I used my own 45 amp fuse to hook it directly to my battery for personal preference.

I spend time on LED Concepts nearly every day, and it's not one of, it's the easiest sites to navigate in the vehicle industry. Anytime I run into an issue, Nick is on top of it; he and Baron have been incredibly helpful and they do a great job!

Even though I have had a few issues with the product itself the customer service has been awesome. They have replaced the logo 2 times with no hassle at all. I have bought other products as well with great results. Only thing I will say is if you order make sure you upgrade the remote control.

I've installed them. They worked for a minute then they stopped working. Got a new wire splinter. Installed it, still they won't come on. Any input on what's happening?
