I order two V stone mugs in the color green. The package was wrapped so beautifully according to my request (gifting someone) and the order was delivered within a few days, I kept receiving email updates of my order. Also when I called online customer service the lady I spoke to was so friendly and so helpful. Will definitely be ordering more things from Le Creuset. Exceptional customer service!!!
