The best multi tool I have ever used, advanced design and materials, excellent machining, super tight tolerances, perfect fit and finish, the Arc’s multiple tool bits really increase the functionality of this tool.

I noticed one morning that the Phillips was lost. The lock works great but I must have not checked. I called weatherman and a replacement was at home in a week. Great service!

Took longer to receive than necessary.

My first one seized right before the warranty was up. I sent it in with a week left and Leatherman had my new one sent out in a matter of days. Very easy to work with. This is why I buy Leatherman Tools.

Love that the Wave+ wire cutters are replaceable. It's the perfect multitool. Period.

I just purchased a removable bit driver for my Rebar multitool (order 1870708). I’m not sure if the bit driver is defective, but I’m unable to remove Leatherman bits from the bit driver by hand. I can put bits in the driver very easily, but they are nearly impossible to remove. I have to use a vise to pull them out making the product almost unusable. Sent an email and never got a response. Do better

My new Arc arrived fast. The tools keep getting better. The engineers at Leatherman are really listening to people’s feedback on the warranty questionnaire.

Leatherman was great with getting back to me when I had questions. I wished I had waited for the small sheath to be back in stock. The Rebar is pretty wabbly in the medium. For a hunter, that's a big deal.

All shipments are fast. Never a problem with any order. Just waited a long time for the ratchet driver to be available. Hopefully, that won't be an issue going forward.
