I might have reviewed this before? The plant was great but the order was incomplete. The company dragged its heals a bit on rectifying the issue. However, the ongoing conversation with customer support was as it should be - 5 star.

At this point between orders, I can only give three stars. On my second order there was an issue. Customer help/support are dragging their heels with rectifying the problem. The problem - one of the products was not delivered! It happens but all I can say is just get the other product out to me or give me a refund!! Stop beating around the bush - they want me to submit an image of the plant I did receive. What’s that going to prove with their internal investigations? Meanwhile, I’m no better off yet. FYI - I am a retail manager (in horticulture) this is not the best way to customer satisfaction!!!
