I wrote a review and posted it about two days ago. I gave a one star review only because it was required to give a star rating. Very disappointed with service. Bag was delivered timely, but I have yet to receive the refund for a return that I have proof was received by LeadOut. My review has not been made public. I guess they are afraid to let people know that when they return items, they WILL NOT receive a reply or a refund. I will wait to see my review.

I ordered and received a bike bag as a gift for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, it did not fit his bike so it was returned. The return was approved on or about January 5. I have yet to receive a reply for any of my many emails and still have not received my refund. I am considering legal action. I will NEVER ORDER ANOTGHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY in spite of the fact that the bag was really well manufactured. Customer service does not reply via email and it is impossible to obtain a telephone number.

I lost one of those elastic pieces that holds the strap in place, so I ordered the spare parts replacement kit from Lead Out. It arrived within a few days. Excellent products and great service.

This bag is very well made but was a little bit big for my 54cm 2022 Trek Emonda. I was unable to fit a 21oz insulated Bivo bottle in the lower bottle cage but was able to squeeze in a 21oz uninsulated Bivo bottle beneath it, although it was pushed up against the bottom of the bag. I wish the zipper pulls were able to tuck into their protective "pocket" a little bit more. They sort of dangle into the airflow, which is not ideal if you are trying to optimize the aero of the system.

Took a while to get ahold of someone for assistance with an order, but once Jonathan Miller stepped in, all was well.
