It started with having issues with my order not being linked to the account I had created on the website. I emailed customer service and within only a couple of timely, courteous emails everything was fixed. They have a nice shipping tracker and my package arrived when expected, but there was something missing from my order. I emailed them with the problem, and not only was their response timely, but they immediately rectified the issue. It was hassle free and I greatly appreciate that. They went above and beyond what I expected in terms of customer service and it's really nice to see a company make the extra effort.

Each one of these masks have the perfect amount of essence in them. The coconut gel mask is by far my favorite! These smell great and definitely see an instant difference in my skin. So dewy and clean. I love them. I leave them from 15-25 min on my skin :)
