Needed to replace a screen for my daughters all in one touchscreen. The first screen sent had damage and didn't work. We emailed the company with pictures. They sent us a replacement and the person I was emailing personally packaged it himself. It came in great condition and works.

I purchased a new HP desktop computer which came with an internal slot for an optical drive. Ordered the drive through LCD Guarantee's link on eBay and they were quick to ensure that the one I wanted matched the desktop case as they requested I provided the Product Number and Model Number of the PC. The exact drive I needed came in great condition with the cables required. I initially had some issues installing it due to my own user error, and they were great in pointing me in the right direction. The drive works great and I am very happy with the purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys with FIVE BIG STARS and will certainly use them again.

Ordered a replacement screen and had it expeditiously. It came packed very securely and it was the exact one I needed. The owner emailed me beforehand to confirm that it was the correct model. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a replacement screen.

Box arrived dented but screen survived. Pleased to see new screen was factory OE. A bit nerve wracking removing the old screen, but managed to not break anything with a little help from YouTube. Only suggestion for improvement would be to include new sticky tape.

Ordered 9/7 paid $25 for 2 business day shipping and here we are 9/11 with no tracking and no screen! Tried emailing and no reply! No phone number to call! I paid an extra $24.98 for this! Unacceptable

Ordered With expedited 3 Day shipping in order for a customer to receive their repair within the week. Unfortunately order processing took more than a week. When I asked for the money spent on the expedited shipping to be refunded they shipped it out that day, making the refund impossible.

I purchased this LCD back in August after breaking my all in one HP. A repair store told me to just buy a new computer and said their cost to fix my PC would be not be justified. I said "But this is a new computer" and decided to fix it myself. The shipping was fast. The packaging was extra sturdy. Last night I finally installed my LCD and miraculously I fixed my PC myself. The LCD is perfect and works fine. I'm glad I chose this company. The price was fair and the packaging impressive.

I ended up payimg for 2 new LCD displays and 1 was broken from the start. However because I didnt know how to get in toich fpr a return and every email or message sent was ignored!. Finally.months later I see where you ha e this re diculous policy that puts all onis on the customer to try and get an excahnge or refund for your parts. You make it very difficult to contact you and purposefully dont answer emails so I had no choice but to buy a 2nd lcd! I give 3 stars because the part got here quick(pretty sure I paid extra.for that too! ) i def wont reccomend anyone tonourchase from here ans gopefully I wont have to either!
