Fast shipping and easy process on getting the shoe

For starters, cool shop! Good deals. But I recently ordered socks from you guys and I ordered six pack crew socks three each. I only received one pack. I did send an email about the issue with attached photos. I am still waiting on feedback. Please help thanks!

Zero customer service. I was charged for shipping after it was stated on the website it would be free for my granddaughters board. I didn’t receive the tool which was supposed to be included either. I left messages and chat and I actually called the store in Long Beach with no reply from either.
