I would have given zero Stars simply put- I was missing an item out of my shipment and of course the free gift that was out of silenced. I sent an email to the company letting them know that I did not receive this one item and the free gift. The response was that she seen that I did not receive the item in my free gift and that you would send them out for me. I received it second shipment and it was the one item that I was missing the free gift wasn't included. Which granted is not that big of an issue. I sent an email stating that I did receive the item that I was missing I didn't receive the gift. At this time I received an email back stating I was not supposed to receive a gift item when I place my original order. This as a matter for me representing companies as well as myself I sort of felt that that was not exactly customer friendly. I did go back pull up the web page with the advertisement of what was supposed to have been sent it to the customer service rep. Instead of apologizing or given any reason that a gift was not sent other than you're incorrect it wasn't ineffective that day or it was not the item that was specified ,granted that was specified by the rep for the company I've never said what the gift was supposed to be. I felt that at this point it was a matter of principle. So I pulled up the advertisement for the item that should have been sent with the order I placed on that specific day. I sent a screenshot of this to this representative. I wasn't expecting anything to be sent to me I wasn't expecting anything other than maybe an apology saying I'm sorry I was incorrect this item we ran out of stock whatever. No I received more emails stating no I'm sorry that's not the case you're incorrect. I've represented myself and other companies as customer service rep and I would never have told one our customers anything like that. Always felt that if I gave a little if it was a free gift and most likely a little extra something just to say hey I apologiz...
