It is almost impossible to get an accurate color your first time with a company when ordering foundation online. My foundation was too dark. I needed the next shade down. I was shocked when I went to see if I could do an exchange or refund on this item. I liked the foundation alright except that it left me looking a little to dewy but i was able to tone that down with powder so other than being to dark it was a win. When i find a makeup item that i like I am a very loyal customer and i mean for years. The fact that you don't allow refunds or exchanges means I won't be purchasing from you again no matter how much i like your foundation. You lost a very good customer.

Shipping is taking way too long, I honestly understand with the holidays and weather that things happen. But receiving an email asking for my review without my package even being delivered yet is frustrating.

Shipping, and packing was good I so wanted to love her glosses maybe one day I will hit the one that does it all.
