Love your products, the website is great, innovative and easy to use. Product images are clear, as well as being descriptive. I like to receive the email updates and usually always end up going to the site itself, where I learn more about the products in more detail through pictures, words and even video. Five stars.

Sorry have not been to the website in the last couple months however I keep forgetting to contact you all to thank you for our previous purchase. We had to exchange a pink colour as the size was too small, the Lavish Tails team were very helpful, sending a replacement back right away - fantastic Colar, very nice packaging and an all round excellent service was provided.
