Slow returns and exchanges. This is my first experience of ordering from Lavender Hill. Due to the very slow returns process I probably won’t order again.

At first I thought the welcome and follow-up emails were slightly too persistent, but actually that did prompt me to remember to place an order. Extremely efficient service overall.

Really lovely fabric and construction quality

Reliable company. My order arrived promptly and refunded as required. Not so keen on the enclosed overpowering lavender soap ‘gift’ as I am severely allergic to perfumes both natural oils and chemical. The T-shirt and packaging strongly smelt of lavender.
