I live in an apartment, and was looking for a cheap alternative to using the communal laundromat. I started doing laundry by hand, but getting the clothes dry before they mildewed was a problem, especially since I am not allowed to hang clothing outside. I purchased the Nina Soft Spin Dryer (open box), and have been using it for about 2 weeks. It arrived quickly by Fedex. After doing several loads of laundry, I can say that I am very pleased. The dryer removes an exceptional amount of water, and there is no dripping from hanging the clothes up. Most items will dry completely within the day. I use the water expelled from the clothes to water my plants. The machine is relatively light, standing around 2 1/2 ft high, so I keep it on the floor as opposed to the counter. I plan on purchasing the mini wash plus from this company next month to accompany the dryer. I recommend this product highly.

I received a mini washer and mini spin dryer Jr a few days ago and am very pleased with it I live in an RV and it is the right size for an RV I do small load at a timeand hang them out to dry the washer washes very well and the dryer spind them almost dry . I would recommend both of them

Awesome product. The mini wash pro leaks a bit out of the top but it is minor and fits in my sink so it's fine. The Nina spin dryer is a cool little invention.Both well worth money spent wife happy too. Bonus!

I line dry my clothes, so four years ago I purchased a Charming Spinner for $230 and used it for three years. I loved this spinner, because it drastically cut drying times from several hours to about two. Because of that I was willing to put up with the flaws in its design. It was tall and narrow, so one load of wash made three loads in the spinner. Even after carefully following loading instructions, if the load wasn't balanced just right, it would not spin up to speed. I'd have to stop and reload everything. When it was balanced, the spinner shook and wobbled across the floor. It was also incredibly loud. It started off loud, it ran loud, and it braked with a horrible screeching sound. The fatal flaw was the locking mechanism. To turn the spinner on you slid a lever which locked the lid and started the spinner. To turn it off, you slowly moved the lever back, engaging the brake. Once the spinning slowed enough that you could slide it to the off position it would unlock. But the lock was plastic and got stuck often. I would pry it open, worried every time that I would break it. After three years I finally did. I wasn't willing to replace it, so I spent over a year without a spin dryer. A couple of months ago I started looking at spinners again and found Laundry Alternative, which carried two spinners, one like the Charming Spinner and the Nina Soft, for the same price of $165 including shipping. I hesitated on the Nina Soft, though, because the rpm was only 1800, compared to 3200 rpm of the other spinner. After watching several videos and asking questions by email which were answered promptly, I bought the Nina Soft Spin Dryer, and I'm very happy I did. Every issue has been addressed in this design. First, it is a bit wider, making it easier to load. I follow the instructions for loading and have not once needed to reload it to balance the clothes. It holds more, so the same washer load can be spun in just two loads. The locking mechanism starts the spinne...

Just used my Mini-Wash and Nina Soft today, and they both worked beautifully! It was a very cold day out, and great to be able to do the wash inside the house!

The WonderWash was shipped promptly. It is an easy to use washing device, and very effective. I have never had such an easy time with laundry before (over all less work than using a traditional electric washer). I was very surprised by the capacity, it will wash a full sized load of laundry with out any trouble. Despite its simplicity it is well worth the cost. The only down side is that the stand is a little flimsy, though if you brace the stand across the front and back you will make up for that

i am so glad you have these portable washers and dryers alot of people live in apartments and do not have a washer/dryer hook up and also many live alone and do not need a full size washer or dryer these are better for the environment i do not like using machines that other people have been using you dont know what you might get

I am so impressed.....my cloths come out almost entirely dry! I can hang them on the drying rack by the woodstove and they are dry within an hour or so.This machine has made my washing day go by so much quicker,along with my drying time.Uses very little watts so I can use it on my solar system.I would like to hug the person who invinted this spinner!

The shipping was fast and the Spin Dryer works great! I am not disappointed with it. When I received my dryer, the disk that goes on top after loading the machine was cracked in 2 places. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this product to people that are looking for a dyer alternative if you live in an apartment or RV to hang dry laundry. I also would recommend this item to people that are looking to save money on their energy bill by decreasing the use of a dryer usage. After spinning the clothes for 3-5 minutes they come out almost dry, cutting the time you will need to run a dryer. So far I have used this machine on my sweaters and it works great!

I have used this twice and am very pleased with the outcome. The items dried so much faster than expected without damaging anything have already recommended this to several individuals.

I really love this spin dryer! It gets clothes and towels dry so fast if you hang them afterwards with a fan and / or cracked window - WOW. A lot of people say its hard to balance the dryer. If you shake the clothes out a little bit and place them in evenly and hold it for a few seconds once it starts to spin it's not a problem. If you throw them in all clumped up it will be off balance. As far as sound, it's very quiet! I compare the loudness to a box fan... and have run it late at night with absolutely no complains from my neighbors. The reason I give it 4 stars is because when I opened the lid the first two times when I got it, it sliced my thumb and I now have a scar. I did let the company know about it and sent photographs. Be careful when opening as it springs open and can hurt your hand / fingers. I found placing one hand on the lid while opening prevents this from happening. Overall, great spin dryer! I highly recommend it if you need something good quality, quiet noise, and have little space to work with... or even to save money before placing clothes into a standard dryer.
