Not great, your scents on your original products seem to miss the mark. Rogue, fusion, and vagabond smell the way they describe, but I have to be honest with you. Nothing else that I buy from you really does.

So I ordered the Fruity Hoops fragrance a few weeks ago, and it came in cheap bottle that was different than picture online. Unfortunately the bottle leaked too. However, fortunately Lathr has excellent customer service and they shipped me a new bottle of the fragrance in their new style of bottle. This is the bottle that is currently on their website. Product wise I love everything. The fragrance last a long time, and the soaps smell great and lather well. I would purchase from them again.

The folks at Lathr always go above and beyond to make sure each customer is satisfied. If there is any sort of error they make it right and then some.
