Originally I may have received a used container because I have now already purchased the face scrub, wash, and shave soap all of which came in as they should. Newly packaged, unopened and spotless. So I let the crew over at Lather & Wood know and they quickly ensured I received a replacement for it. Hands down great customer service , they got back to me so fast and and I am greatly satisfied with all the products they’ve produced so far.
