So far I have enjoyed the product that I eventually received but I am very disappointed in the customer service surrounding my order. I was shipped the wrong product initially, when I reached out to support I was told the correct product would go out immediately, but the shipment was held until I shipped back the incorrect product. I asked for multiple updates which were ignored, had I known the shipment was on hold until I shipped the return I would have prioritized getting it done. Hopefully this is a rare scenario but it was my first order so I am disappointed and I feel lied to.

So delicious, packed with clean scallop flavor. Boil a bit of pasta and toss with the oil from the tin, perfection!

So far all of my Lata orders have been processed and delivered quickly. In the Northeast here it has taken about 3 business days from order to delivery. And the packaging is nice and solid too. Keep up the good work.
