I was able to get them to text me a picture of the actual item I was interested in, that gave me a better look. I actually purchased the item witch was a panther that fit perfect for the chain I have. They walked me through the whole process and arrived when it was supposed to. This is my second purchase and I am definitely going to purchase more.

They don’t get back to
They don’t get back to you if you email them especially when you have a return. I emailed them twice and gave them a phone call to no avail and now the time period. Has run out for my return.

This jewelry store has very poor service. I bought a Cuban chain, and it arrived with defects. I never received a payment confirmation invoice or a quality certificate. I was told I had to pay through PayPal, not through the website. The purchase was made in two installments because I paid extra for changes to the order. I only received the second email, which, by chance, was for a much lower amount than the first. And when I tried to open that invoice, I couldn't because it wasn't available, saying it could be a scam. So be careful with this.
