I’m obsessed with anything from LanoLips!

I placed an $80 order. There were three items I was extremely dissatisfied with but Lanolips refused to help me. I will keep being awareness to this.

I was really hoping to like this lip balm. It does feel good on the lips and little goes a long way but the smell and taste of this is not at all appealing, there is nothing "tropical" about it so its a no for me.

Shipping time is decent for international (to the U. S. ). Love the products and have never had an issue with anything. I keep buying my faves, like they’re going out of stock (which i hope they never do)

Went from cracked, painful and chapped lips to normal, supple, and moisturized lips in 2 days by using this overnight. After using this for 1 night, the painful chapped lips went away and I just had some dry skin (which was to be expected). But after day 2, it was like I had glossy lips after waking up. Unreal. Also the scent is so yummy. My husband asks me, “why do you smell like dessert?” and I just giggle cause I know it’s this product.

Never got my package abd customer service never helped me with this. I'm still paying on this order which I find extremely wrong. My package was not put at my door I never got my item s. Lano dies not help their customers they just ignore them
