So far I've ordered twice from Land Leaping for my 2025 Defender. Both parts were somewhat hard to find and priced much higher through my LR dealership. Both parts were in stock at Land Leaping who shipped them out right away, both delivering to me within 5 days. The parts were packaged and sealed inside their genuine OEM plastic packaging and boxed up carefully. I highly recommend Land Leaping for any LR parts and won't hesitate to check their inventory first before I have to order from my LR dealership.

I was trying to order parts for my wife's Discovery and I had to place my order 3 times. The 1st and 2nd time I tried placing the order they cancelled my order on me. I didn't realize until 4 days after on the 1st order and the second was 2 days after I placed the order. So then I called the number and asked why they were cancelling the order on me. (Prior to this, I had ordered another part and it went through no problem. ) The guy who answered told me that there had been some recent policy changes and they could no longer process charges where the card and shipping addresses were different. I explained that I lived in a rural community that we had to use Post Office boxes to receive mail. I also stated that the car had already been in the shop for over a week. He said sorry there's nothing he could really do in the system to process the order, he just stated that the addresses had to match. So before I made the 3rd order I had to get ahold of the bank and have my address changed to match my physical address. I made the order and then had to call my bank again to change the address back to the Post Office in order to receive the statement again. So I finally received the parts that I ordered and I have been with out the car for 3 weeks (going on 4) because of the new change.

Exactly as expected and described. Two other companies sent the wrong product. The connector unique and requires an adapter that allows heated wiper fluid to flow through.

Replaced left headlight myself, in 90 minutes and saved $2,000. 00 that the dealer wanted. Still way too much money to spend because the DRL went out and you have to replace the entire headlight assembly because a $20 LED chip quit working after 4 years. Really Land Rover?

Kind of strange. I ordered two mats for the front. I got the two mats I provided my VIN, but they don’t quite fit. And then you sent me six more backseat mats that look like they were worn and used.
