Great product that I use daily

Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Issue Ignored Since 7/1 I am beyond frustrated with Lancer’s customer service. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue since July 1st, and despite multiple emails and clear documentation, nothing has been resolved. I’ve repeatedly asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager, but the customer service representative continues to ignore my requests and has not provided any solution. As a loyal customer of several years who has spent thousands of dollars on Lancer products, I expected better. This lack of accountability and refusal to escalate the issue is completely unacceptable. I hope someone from leadership finally sees this and takes action. I will not be placing any future orders until this is properly addressed.

Extremely Disappointed — Loyal Customer Let Down During Sitewide Sale It genuinely pains me to write this review, as I’ve been a loyal Lancer customer for several years and have spent thousands of dollars on their products. However, I feel compelled to share my experience so other customers can be aware. During the 4th of July sitewide sale, I purchased five items expecting the advertised 25% off to apply to my entire order. The promotional email and Terms & Conditions did not state that the discount would only apply to one item. In e-commerce, a sitewide sale means all products, and as someone with 15+ years of experience in marketing and digital commerce, this is industry standard. When I reached out to customer service, the representative Amanda insisted the discount only applied to one item—even after I forwarded the official promotional email. It was disappointing to deal with someone who lacked both knowledge and initiative, especially when a simple escalation to a supervisor could have resolved the issue. To make matters worse, some of the items I purchased were new body care products I hadn’t tried before. If I had a positive experience, I would’ve happily expanded my loyalty beyond skincare. Unfortunately, this interaction has left a sour taste and undermined years of brand trust. Given the situation, I requested a refund on all items and will be re-evaluating whether to continue shopping with Lancer. I expected better service and clarity from a brand I’ve supported for so long.

Love, love, love all the Lancer products!! It all smells like heaven! I can’t wait to come home from work and slather everything g on. It feels luxurious, it’s efficacious and I see results! Thank you Dr Lancer!

My only issue with this product is that after I bought it directly from lancer online I found it on QVC for less than 1/2 the price.
