I can't say enough about this product or it's timely delivery! This product suggestion came to me from a friend whose opinion I trust.I went on line to see the offerings. So much to choose from. I settled on two packages which included magnificent chocolates,pretzles, caramel popcorn cheddar cheese and mustard. I'm no stranger to these products but all of the above had a taste that was unique, for the better. Also impressive was the ease of online ordering online in the timeline that was promised. Although this order was for me, it came packaged in a box that could have been gifted. A wonderful product and experience!

Great company idea pulling together favorite food items from Lancaster County. We decided at the last minute (after seeing a news article about your company) to send 4 gift boxes to large donors that support Lancaster Bible College. At first, your website said out of stock of everything, but when I checked back the following week, a few gift boxes were available again. After a rough start, Lancaster Gift Box really came through. I ordered a large gift box for a very important client and after a few days, I found that it couldn't be delivered until the Friday before xmas. Perhaps it was a flaw in the order capture system that didn’t then transmit the order to the store owner and/or fulfillment location, but it did collect my payment, quickly, so that’s working. The product was received, though I was under the impression, according to the website, that I would simply walk in, 2 days later and pickup the order and be on my way, instead of having to prove my purchase that didn’t appear in their system, and then wait for the one worker to care for multiple customers while making my box, fresh. A better connection between order software and fulfillment is all that is needed because the end product is spectacular.
