Great liquorice, service may be improved
Happy with the webshop, although it is not possible to log in on my Lakrids Lovers account in the European section of the website. A bit disappointed about the delivery time. Liquorice is great!

Terrible customer experience. Order took one month!! arrive, after it first did not arrive at all. Contacting customer service, asking why the offer did not arrive, I was told to receive feedback in a day. I to this day have not. Never again.

Easy to order but it took a while before I heard something about it being sent. I had opted for the regular postage, which is fine as not in a rush, but still took a while before I heard it had left the storage and on its way. But all arrived well in the end...

I had these delicious chocolate-licorice
I had these delicious chocolate-licorice sweets in Copenhagen, and as soon ad I got bat to Italy I decided to buy some. I found their website, so I ordered a sample pack with 6 jars of different tastes. I am so delighted: all the different tastes are awesome. The packaging was so beautiful, and the shipping was lightining fast. I will definitely order again!

Efficient service straight from Denmark, but shipping is expensive to Australia. Discovered Lakrids liquorice at their outlet in the Stockmann store in Helsinki. They are all moorish, with our preference is for the sweet black liquorice and their raw liquorice. High quality product, reminds me of my childhood.
