Love Lakanto products for the most part. Choc Chip cookie did not rise to the level of many of the other products. The recipes on Lakanto are awesome though!!

The VERY FIRST INGREDIENT LISTED IS tapioca starch - which made it a "no-no" for me because I'm diabetic and the tapioca starch has a whopping glycemic index of 85!!!!!! Not good for diabetics!!! Caveat Emptor!!!
