Fabulously soft

overall my shopping experience was worth it. it took about a week to get my purchase, it was nicely wrapped for the $10 charge.

There was no problem with getting my order. However, the product is a different story. The “washable silk” pajamas shrunk terribly after following washing instructions carefully. We are stuck with tight pjs. And out $600.00.

I returned my products as they were just poor quality for the price point. I was issued a voucher instead of a refund. I just contacted support to receive my refund to my credit card. This is not how you build any type of loyalty for a brand. What a terrible experience.

My boyfriend lives in this robe! Very man-proof detailed.

Zero customer service

We ordered the washable silk set (mens pj’s). The pants are fine but the top is a very bizarre fit that my husband has wound up finding very uncomfortable and unflattering. The silk was lovely out of the package but disappointing out of the wash (washed according to the instructions). Unfortunately, because it’s been worn, it is too late to return. A regrettable purchase for sure.

Im a huge fan of Lunya, but was A bit disappointed when I purchased a Lahgo silk set for my husband and the large fit poorly. It is very oversized, which felt unnecessary for the cut and material.
