The appliqués were well made and received in good order. One was not as expected and the company sent me a different appliqué with no argument for no charge. I will buy from them again with no hesitation

However, I received a follow-up text the next day (I believe) from Lace USA letting me know that they were already getting the package to be shipped. Customer service has been superb.
