I love this perfume store I use to visit it ever other week, when I lived in Miami right off 20street over 20 years ago. I live the Atlanta Georgia now and once my daughter told me I could order online from my favorite store back home I was so EXCITED! So happy to be able to get my perfume from a place I am oh so familiar with!

I am beyond furious. I ordered a perfume and received a completely EMPTY box. How does something like this even happen? This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of quality control. I paid my hard-earned money and got nothing. The worst part is that this isn't even my first issue with this company. I've been a customer before, and instead of fixing the problems, they keep disappointing me. This is terrible customer service and a horrible way to treat loyal customers. I expect an immediate resolution. If this isn't handled properly, I'll never order from this company again, and I'll make sure everyone knows about this experience. Save yourself the frustration and think twice before buying from this business.
