I appreciate this shop a lot because they always ship quickly and have pipes in bulk supply! However I think the packaging could be better to protect the glass during transit, as every time we order from LA Wholesale Kings many of the pipes are broken upon arrival and we have to carefully sort out the broken glass.

Shipping could be a lot faster. It wasn't even sent out until 3 days later during the week days too . I could understand weekends off but it shouldn't have taken 7 days from California to Oregon. Otherwise everything else is good. Great products.
