Excellent customer service, beautiful products, easy to navigate website, shipping to NZ was quicker than expected. Very happy overall. My only critique would be to find a way to accurately show the sizes of the different bags with photos in comparison to other things. I love the bag, but it was a bit smaller than I had envisioned based on pictures
