I’m not an experienced “gardener” so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I got these to help with my horrible sleep & inability to quiet my mind at bedtime. Lets just say - an hour after I take them.. I don’t remember anything until I wake up 9hrs later 😏 I tried the watermelon first and it’s got a good flavor (you can still taste a bit of the good stuff but nothing horrible). I will for sure be trying tangerine & sour apple now!
