Great experience and great quality. We got a Rookie Series glove for our son. The KTMK leather balm is a not only my favorite for baseball gloves, but it is also the best product I have used to break in our Wilson GST leather footballs as well. Our club now uses it over Wilson’s own football conditioner.

Everything came out great! Ken did a phenomenal job with my glove and I can’t wait to use it in a game! Gave it another 10 years! Turnaround from shipping it out to having it back in my hands was about 2 weeks! Everything is so personalized, it felt like I had a good friend taking care of my glove for me!
